Amendment of German Copyright

Issues in intellectual property and copyright increase in a 'cut-and-paste' environment. In the electronic world terms like publication, document or author change their meaning and use. In spite of information overload only a limited part of information is freely available on the net.

Recent discussions and development in German copyright law can be traced in the German section of this page. The problem of (open) access to scholarly information and literature is discussed worldwide. (Look here for more or consult the webpage of the German Aktionsbündnis "Urheberrecht für Bildung und Wissenschaft").
