With every access of the web services of the University Library of TUHH access data will be temporarily logged and processed.

We are collecting the following data:

• IP address
• date and time
• page / file name
• data volume transferred
• successful/unsuccessful access

This data is for statistical use and service improvement only. All data will be deleted afterwards.

When accessing single pages, temporary cookies are used to simplify navigation. These session cookies do not contain personal data. They expire at the end of the session. We do not track user activity with techniques like Active-X-Controls.

Your address and e-mail adresses will only be used for the reason, you entered your data.

Deutsche Bibliotheksstatistik

The University Library takes part in the Deutsche Bibliotheksstatistik. When web site and catalog are accessed, the following data are stored:

• Library ID
• page
• date and time
• pseudonomized computer signature

Data are summed up and anoymized every 24 hours. Data processing takes place at the Hochschule der Medien Stuttgart.
